Under the hardworking of Hsin Chi management team, in 2000 we had the technology transferring from a Japanese oil pressure forming machine company, in addition, Hsin Chi has obtained German advanced technology guides in 2003, besides our original BVQI ISO9001 certification system, we have also passed a CE certification from TUV company.

In 2004, we are going to provide a whole series of same model of machines, which also have been sold in Japan, and we hope this will enhance customer's profit in this coming new year. The features of these machines are as the followings：

2. Planar pressure accuracy of same grade as Japanese machines, dynamic simulation analysis based on mechanics and planar average pressure calibration based on Japanese technology, the highest planar accuracy reached could be ±0.01mm.
3. A new technology that combines theory and practice to create non-casting pit caused oil leakage in 2000 cylinders, we also promote a reliability design that can have a warranty of 10 years.
4. All digitized design for all machines as well as digitized indication and setup for pressure, temperature and vacuum.
5. Vacuum gauge of electronic sensor type to facilitate digital setup and indication of vacuum.
6. High-speed vacuum system of the bypass type facilitates high-speed pump down to vacuum, high-speed forming, and enhances the product yield rate.
7. New model PLC and large-scale color man-machine terminal touch screen to facilitate the operation and indication.
8. Versatile computer abnormity detection is to facilitate machine maintenance.
9. Each heat plate has multi-point of digital PID balanced calibration type of temperature control to facilitate a more homogeneous temperature distribution and a more accurate and convenient temperature control.
10. Heat and current breaking and automatic detection system, electrical heat switch, fuse, and electrical heating pipe, any one of them will alarm automatically during the current breaking.
11. Long time automatic recording of temperature to facilitate continuous display of temperature control and enhance product quality as well as the ease of CPK value management.
12. Chinese and English single key switch facilitates to use domestic as well as overseas.
